Returns and Refunds
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a full refund of the purchase price, excluding all shipping charges. Please note that shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.Unless marked as non-returnable, we accept returns on products purchased through our Site within 30 days of shipment, provided the items are unworn, unused, undamaged, in original condition, and include all tags and packaging. Please note that we do not accept returns or provide refunds for items on special offer, those labeled as final sale, mystery styles, subscription boxes, air fresheners, stickers, or other consumables. To initiate a return, please reach out to our customer service team at [email protected]. Please note that you assume responsibility for any loss of items during shipment.
Approved refunds are typically processed within one to two weeks of receiving the returned item. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase. NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED FOR PRODUCTS DESIGNATED ON THIS SITE AS NON-RETURNABLE.
Exchanges
For exchanges, we offer a 30-day period from the date of purchase, provided the following conditions are met:
- Exchanges must be initiated through our Returns Center within 30 days of purchase.
- Exchanges are only available for items currently in stock.
- Returned items must be unworn, unused, undamaged, and still in their original tags and packaging.
- Exchanges are available only for domestic orders within the US; we do not offer international exchanges.
